Our apartment is facing the sea in the Helbor Atlantis condominium. It has air conditioning in all environments, new and beautiful furniture, private barbecue, 49" full HD 4k TV, 195 channels, 100MB fiber optic internet, washing machine, full kitchen, family apartment.

It has safety nets on all windows and on the gourmet balcony.

Our apartment is unique! Everything has been carefully thought out for our use and to share with our guests. We love to enjoy life with comfort, well-being and safety!

We love to enjoy the beach, pool and when we get home, we like to barbecue, have a good wine. If you like it all, our apartment is for you! If you prefer to relax watching a good movie or series, you will feel right at home.

WIFI INTERNET: Our internet is live fiber 100 megs. Excellent for working from home office.

GOURMET BALCONY: Our veranda is equipped with barbecue, sink, cupboard, table and chairs. The main view from the balcony is towards the mountains. It's a beautiful and relaxing view. From the side of the balcony you can see the sea.

SUITE: The suite sleeps 3 people. It has a double bed. Underneath this bed we have an auxiliary bed. This bed is safe for babies, as it is protected on both sides, with the wall on one side and the side of the double bed on the other. The en-suite bathroom has a shower with excellent water pressure and is also equipped with a hygienic shower.

BEDROOM: Our second sleeps 4 people. We have 2 twin beds, which together form a queen size double bed. Below each bed, we have another auxiliary bed. Auxiliary beds are safe for babies, as they are protected on both sides, with the wall on one side and the side of the double bed on the other.

BEDDING AND BATHING: Our apartment has PILLOWS and BLANKETS.
* Bed linen and bath towels ARE NOT INCLUDED.
* OPTIONAL: We can provide, if agreed in advance. An additional amount will be charged, which must be agreed directly with us, after booking. ATTENTION: needs to be arranged in advance. For last minute bookings, we are unable to provide.

AIR CONDITIONING: We have a modern and silent Tri-Split air conditioner. In the 2 bedrooms we have air conditioning and also in the living room.

CEILING FAN: We have ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room and balcony.

CURTAINS and BLINDS: For maximum comfort during your moment of rest, we have curtains in the living room, allowing you to darken the environment even during the day. In the bedrooms, blinds make it possible to darken the environment.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is complete! We have a stove with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, three hearts capsule coffee maker, blender, mixer, juicer. There are also crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans, refractories and several other items and domestic utilities, so that your stay is fully comfortable.

WATER PURIFIER: We have Everest Soft Water Purifier! Pure, crystalline water, free of chlorine, foreign odors and impurities. This allows practicality, comfort and economy! Have pure and crystal clear water in large quantities to cook and make that coffee.

LIVING ROOM: We have a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 couple.

SERVICE AREA: We have a washing machine, iron, ceiling and floor clothesline.

CLEAN ENVIRONMENT: The apartment has no carpet. With less exposed fabrics we make the environment cleaner and with less impact to people with any sensitivities or allergies.

PARKING SPACE: We have 1 covered parking space. If you need additional spaces, there are private parking lots nearby.

CONDOMINIUM INFRASTRUCTURE

In addition to the comfort inside the apartment, our guests will have an excellent infrastructure in the condominium:

- BEACH SERVICE. Want greater comfort than this? Each apartment has 1 umbrella and 4 chairs on the beach. In the apartment we have additional chairs. In addition, there is complimentary ice at the concierge;

- AIR CONDITIONING. We have air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. It is silent and can also be used in heating mode when it is colder. We also have ceiling fans;

- BARBECUE: Do you like to barbecue when you go to the beach? All our apartments have a barbecue on the balcony!

- HIGH SPEED INTERNET: Whether for work or leisure, we have 500 megabytes of internet!

- SMART TV: Subscription channels are available. Our TVs also support the main streaming services!

- ADULT AND KIDS POOL: We like the sea, but we also love the pool!

- LOCATION: The beach is excellent for swimming. In addition, we have complete infrastructure in the surroundings, with options of bars, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, bakeries.

- SECURITY: There are security and control measures for guests who will enter this private property: Registration data for all guests will be requested after their reservation confirmation. (Full name, ID, date of birth and vehicle details). The guest responsible for the reservation must send a legible photo of the document (RG or CNH).

PLEASE NOTE: Our accommodation is in a "Residential" condominium. Despite offering many amenities, it is not a hotel. There are no hotel services, such as breakfast, room services.

BED LINEN: Bed linen and bath towels can be provided upon request. There is a cleaning cost. It needs to be arranged in advance.

Bertioga downtown has a wide range of restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies and shops. Distances are short and you can access all this infrastructure on foot.

The best way to get to Bertioga is by car. But you can also use buses departing from Santos, São Paulo or Mogi das Cruzes. For those from Guarulhos or São Paulo by plane, you can use a rental car or even Uber.

To get around Bertioga, you can walk to several places if you are staying in the city center. There is also an option for buses and drivers by app, such as Uber.

Bertioga is a small town, so don't expect a lot of Uber cars like in big cities.
