Our apartment has 3 bedrooms, living room and kitchen, with 110m². It is facing the sea and has a view of the sea. Balcony facing the sea all closed with glass and barbecue.

Ceiling fan in all environments, fully equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, microwave, stove with extractor, juicer, dining room.

Air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms.

WIFI: Fast internet dedicated to our apartment.

BALCONY: equipped with barbecue, sink, cupboard, table and chairs. Front view to the sea. Beautiful and privileged.

SUITE: The suite accommodates 1 couple. We have a standard size double bed. The suite bathroom has a shower and is equipped with a hygienic shower.

BEDROOM 2: Our second sleeps 4 people. We have 2 Twin beds. Below each bed, we have another auxiliary bed. Auxiliary beds are safe for babies, as they are protected on both sides, with the wall on one side and the side of the double bed on the other.

BEDROOM 3: Our second sleeps 2 people. We have a standard size double bed.

LIVING ROOM: We have a sofa bed that can accommodate 1 couple. Our TV is an excellent quality smart TV from LG.

BEDDING AND BATHLINESS: Our apartment has PILLOWS and BLANKETS.
* Bed linen and bath towels ARE NOT INCLUDED.
* OPTIONAL: We can provide, if agreed in advance, for an additional fee. ATTENTION: needs to be arranged in advance.

AIR CONDITIONING: We have a modern and silent Tri-Split air conditioning unit in each of the 3 bedrooms.

CEILING FAN: We have ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room and balcony.

KITCHEN: Our kitchen is complete! We have a stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave, three hearts capsule coffee maker, blender, mixer, juicer. There are also crockery, glasses, cutlery, pans, refractories and several other items and household utilities.

WATER PURIFIER: We have Everest Soft water purifier! Pure and crystalline water, free of chlorine, strange odors and impurities.

SERVICE AREA: We have a washing machine, iron, ceiling and floor clothesline.

CLEAN ENVIRONMENT: The apartment does not have carpet. With less exposed fabrics, we make the environment cleaner and with less impact on people with any sensitivity or allergies.

GARAGE SPACE: We have 2 parking spaces.

CONDOMINIUM INFRASTRUCTURE

In addition to the comfort inside the apartment, our guests will have an excellent infrastructure in the condominium:

Our building is a few meters from the beach and our apartment has a beautiful view of the sea.

A barbecue is also available on the balcony. The condominium has a beautiful swimming pool that can be used by guests.

Our building is just a few meters from the beach and our apartment has a beautiful view of the sea.

A barbecue is also available on the porch. The condominium has a beautiful pool that can be used by guests.

The Indaiá beach is about 5km from Riviera de São Lourenço, 20km from the Bertioga canal and about 15km from the center of Bertioga.

The neighborhood has supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and has a beach with clear water, suitable for swimming, being calmer on the left side, in Canto do Indaiá and usually offering waves in the central part.

It is a quiet neighborhood most of the year and can be busy in high season.

During the night, an interesting tour option can be the Riviera de São Lourenço, located just over 5km from the neighborhood.

The best way to get to the condo is by car. Coming from São Paulo, you can use Rodovia dos Imigrantes, or Mogi-Bertioga.

It is also possible to come by Bus, leaving from the Jabaquara Bus Terminal, in São Paulo.
