ACCOMMODATION AND CONDOMINIUM RULES

By confirming your reservation, you declare that you are aware of and agree to the rules below, committing to fully respect the condominium’s internal regulations and this accommodation policy throughout your stay.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES

Our accommodation is located in a Residential condominium. Although it offers many amenities, it is not a hotel. There are no hotel services such as breakfast, room service, or daily cleaning.

GENERAL SERVICES

The condominium gatehouse and staff do not provide services to guests. Whenever you need anything, please contact us directly.

SECURITY

There are security and access-control procedures. Identification is required for all guests after reservation confirmation, including children. Full name, ID document, date of birth, and vehicle information must be provided.

MINORS

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Rental to minors is not allowed.

NOISE

Parties or loud sounds are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. During this time, the following are prohibited: loud conversations, high-volume television, and the use of appliances that generate excessive noise, such as vacuum cleaners or washing machines. (Subject to fines)

VISITORS

Visitors are not allowed.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation (subject to a fine equivalent to one daily rate). If you smoke, please use the outdoor areas.

DELIVERIES

Delivery orders must be picked up at the gatehouse.

DRUGS

The use, possession, or circulation of illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in a fine equal to the full rental amount, legal measures, and possible early termination of the stay.

PETS

We love pets, but unfortunately we cannot accept them in this accommodation.

If needed, we can recommend other units of ours that are pet-friendly.

In case of non-compliance, a fine of 50% of the total rental amount will be applied.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

You must inform the total number of guests in the reservation, including children of any age.

The reservation price may vary according to the number of guests.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT

Exceeding the maximum occupancy of the property is not permitted.

Failure to comply may result in:

A fine of 50% of the total reservation amount;

Immediate termination of the stay, without refund.

PROPERTY CARE

Guests are responsible for the conservation of the property, furniture, appliances, and utensils during the stay. Any damages will be charged at the end of the reservation.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH CONDOMINIUM RULES

Failure to follow the condominium rules may result in fines, reimbursement for damages, and early termination of the stay without refund of paid amounts.

PETS

We love animals and know how special they are.

However, this accommodation does NOT accept pets.

If needed, we can recommend other units of ours that are pet-friendly.

Failure to comply will result in a fine corresponding to 50% of the total rental amount.

SECURITY CAMERAS IN COMMON AREAS

As in any condominium, this one also has security cameras installed in the common areas. These cameras are the responsibility of the condominium, not the host, and are intended to ensure the safety and peace of mind of all.

IMPORTANT

Some condominium areas may be temporarily closed without prior notice for maintenance or emergency cleaning. These services are managed by the condominium and are beyond our control.

We understand that the unavailability of leisure facilities such as the pool, game room, gym, sauna, or other common areas can be frustrating. However, since these spaces are the sole responsibility of the condominium and beyond our control, we do not accept cancellations or refunds due to the temporary unavailability of any of these areas.
