By confirming your reservation for this property, the guest acknowledges being aware of and agreeing to the rules below, committing to fully respect the internal condominium rules and the guidelines of this regulation throughout the stay.

LODGING SERVICES

Our accommodation is situated in a residential condominium. Although it offers several amenities, it does not offer hotel services.

Breakfast, room service, or daily cleaning are not provided.

GENERAL SERVICES

The concierge and condominium staff are not authorized to fulfill guest requests.

SECURITY

The condominium has security measures and access control.

Identification of all guests is mandatory after booking confirmation, including children.

We request full name, identification document, date of birth, and vehicle information.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

You must inform the total number of guests in the booking, including children of all ages.

The booking price may vary according to the number of people indicated.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT

It is not permitted to exceed the maximum occupancy limit of the property.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in:

- A fine of 50% of the total booking value;

- Immediate termination of the rental, with no refund of the amounts paid.

MINORS

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians.

It is not allowed to rent to anyone under 18 years old.

NOISE

Parties and loud sounds are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

During quiet hours, loud conversations, high television volume, and the use of noisy appliances, such as vacuum cleaners or washing machines, are not allowed. Non-compliance may result in a fine.

VISITORS

Visitors are not allowed.

SMOKERS

It is forbidden to smoke inside the accommodation (subject to a fine equivalent to a one-night rate).

If you are a smoker, please use only the outdoor areas.

DELIVERIES

Delivery orders must be picked up directly at the concierge.

DRUGS

The use, possession, or circulation of drugs is prohibited. Violation of this rule may result in a fine equivalent to the total rental value, legal measures, and possible early termination of the rental.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE

The guest is responsible for the maintenance of the property, furniture, appliances, and utensils during the rental.

Any damages will be charged at the end of the stay.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH CONDOMINIUM RULES

Failure to comply with condominium rules may result in a fine, compensation for damages, and even early termination of the rental, with no refund of the amounts paid.

You will be at a beautiful beach in Bertioga! The apartment is at Praia do Indaiá – about 10 minutes from Riviera de São Lourenço. It is 7.5km to the Riviera Shopping Mall.

Nearby you’ll find:

- Supermarkets, pharmacies, and shops;

- Restaurants, bars, ice cream parlors;

The central area of Bertioga is about 20 minutes away (10 km). Near the Bertioga canal, you will find:

- Amusement park and craft fair;

- Fish and seafood market – a reference on the north coast;

- Various restaurants, bars, and shops.

Like any condominium, this one is equipped with security cameras in the common areas. These cameras are managed by the condominium and not by the host, and are intended to ensure everyone's peace of mind and safety.

Some areas of the condominium may be temporarily unavailable without prior notice, due to maintenance or emergency cleaning. These services are managed by the condominium and are beyond our control.

We understand that the absence of leisure items such as the pool, game room, gym, sauna, or other common areas can be frustrating. However, since these spaces are the sole responsibility of the condominium and not under our control, we do not accept cancellations or offer refunds due to the temporary unavailability of any of these areas.

The Indaiá beach is about 5km from Riviera de São Lourenço, 20km from the Bertioga canal and about 15km from the center of Bertioga.

The neighborhood has supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants and has a beach with clear water, suitable for swimming, being calmer on the left side, in Canto do Indaiá and usually offering waves in the central part.

It is a quiet neighborhood most of the year and can be busy in high season.

During the night, an interesting tour option can be the Riviera de São Lourenço, located just over 5km from the neighborhood.

The best way to get to the condo is by car. Coming from São Paulo, you can use Rodovia dos Imigrantes, or Mogi-Bertioga.

It is also possible to come by Bus, leaving from the Jabaquara Bus Terminal, in São Paulo.
