LODGING SERVICES

Our accommodation is located in a "Residential" condominium. Although it offers many conveniences, it is not a hotel. There are no hotel services such as breakfast, room service, or daily cleaning.

GENERAL SERVICES

The concierge or condominium staff do not provide services to guests. Whenever you need anything, please contact us.

SECURITY

There are security measures and access control in place. Identification is required from all guests after booking confirmation, including children. Full name, identification document, date of birth, and vehicle information are requested.

MINORS

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Rentals by individuals under 18 years old are not permitted.

NOISE

Parties or loud music are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During quiet hours, the following are prohibited: loud conversations, TV at high volume, and use of appliances that may cause excessive noise, such as vacuum cleaners and washing machines. (Subject to fine)

SMOKERS

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation (subject to a fine equivalent to one daily rate). If you are a smoker, please use the open areas.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

The use, possession, or circulation of illegal substances is not allowed. Violation will result in a fine equal to the total rental amount, legal action, and possible early termination of the rental.

PETS

Small pets are welcome.

PROPERTY CARE

The guest is responsible for the care of the property, furniture, appliances, and utensils during the rental period. Any damages will be charged at the end of the stay.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH CONDOMINIUM RULES

Failure to comply with condominium rules may result in a fine, compensation for damages, and even early termination of the rental without refund of amounts paid.

Has 2 single beds and 2 additional mattresses. The room features a TV and work desk.

SUITE 4 (DOUBLE)

Accommodates 2 people. Includes 1 single bed plus an auxiliary bed.

Suite 5 (Staff Room)

The house also offers a bedroom in the service area, suitable for a housekeeper.

Pillows and blankets are provided.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The house features a fully equipped kitchen: stove with oven, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, as well as dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, baking dishes, and other kitchen utensils.

SERVICE AREA

A washing machine is available for your convenience during extended stays.

Not all areas of the house are available for use.

The house has a private lounge for the exclusive use of the owners, as well as another room next to the service area.

The same property also has the caretaker’s house, where the caretaker who looks after the property lives. Daily cleaning service is not included in the rental.
