ACCOMMODATION AND CONDOMINIUM RULES

By confirming your reservation at this property, the guest declares they are aware of and agree with the rules below, committing to fully comply with the condominium’s internal regulations as well as the guidelines of this document during their entire stay.

LODGING SERVICES

Our accommodation is located in a "Residential" condominium. Although it offers many amenities, it is not a hotel. There are no hotel services such as breakfast, room service, or daily cleaning.

GENERAL SERVICES

The building’s concierge or staff do not provide services to guests. If you need anything, please reach out to us directly.

SECURITY CAMERAS

There are security cameras in the outdoor areas of the house, including the pool area, garage, and exterior spaces.

SECURITY

There are security and access control measures. Identification is required for all guests after booking confirmation, including children. Please provide full name, identification document, date of birth, and vehicle details.

MINORS

Guests under 18 years old must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. We do not accept bookings made by anyone under 18 years old.

NOISE

Parties and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During quiet hours: loud conversations, high television volumes, or use of appliances that create excessive noise, such as vacuum cleaners or washing machines, are not permitted. (Subject to a fine)

SMOKERS

Smoking is not allowed inside the accommodation (subject to a fine equivalent to one daily rate). If you smoke, please use the open areas.

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES

The use, possession, or circulation of illegal substances is prohibited. Violation will result in a fine equal to the total rental value, legal action, and possible early termination of the rental agreement.

PETS

We accept one pet up to 8 kilograms.

PROPERTY CONSERVATION

Guests are responsible for the maintenance of the property, furniture, appliances, and utensils during the rental period. Any damages will be charged at the end of the stay.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH CONDO RULES

Failure to comply with condominium rules may result in fines, reimbursement for damages, and even early termination of the rental without refund of paid amounts.

SUPPORT/HOUSEKEEPER'S HOUSE

Important: There is a support/housekeeper's house on the same property. The advertised accommodation has private areas for guests. Access to the housekeeper's house is through an independent side gate, so it is not necessary to enter or pass through the guest area. The housekeeper remains on site only for operational support and property maintenance, and does not provide services to guests during their stay.

Large social area equipped with a barbecue grill, pizza oven, tables, and chairs.

Comfortably accommodates 2 people, with a queen-size bed. The room is air-conditioned and has a spacious closet.

SUITE 2 (WIDER FULL-SIZE BED)

Accommodates a couple on a wider full-size bed. Includes TV and work desk.

SUITE 3 (QUADRUPLE)

Features 2 single beds and 2 mattresses. The room has a TV and a work desk.

SUITE 4 (DOUBLE)

Accommodates 2 people. Offers 1 single bed + 1 trundle bed.

Suite 5 (Employee's Room)

The house also has a room in the service area, suitable for accommodating a housekeeper.

The house features a fully equipped kitchen: stove with oven, refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, as well as crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, baking dishes, and other household utensils.

SERVICE AREA

A washing machine is available for added convenience during longer stays.

Not all areas of the house are available for use.

The house has a private lounge for the exclusive use of the owners, as well as another room next to the service area.

The same property also has the caretaker’s house, where the caretaker who looks after the property lives. Daily cleaning service is not included in the rental.
