Our fully equipped and cozy home accommodates up to 8 guests. It features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms: one suite, one room with 3 single beds, and another with a sofa bed. There's also a mezzanine with a sofa bed for one additional guest.

The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, with a charming veranda, pool, refreshing shower, and sun loungers. The kitchen is well-equipped and integrated with the living room.

Our property is located in Riviera de São Lourenço, a strictly residential neighborhood with permanent residents. Therefore, some house rules are essential to ensure a peaceful environment for both guests and neighbors.

1. LODGING SERVICES

This is a private home in a residential area. Although it offers many amenities, it is not a hotel. We do not offer breakfast, room service, or daily cleaning.

2. SECURITY AND IDENTIFICATION

Access is controlled. After booking, you must send details of all guests, including children:

- Full name

- ID document

- Date of birth

- Vehicle information (model, plate)

3. MINORS

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Rentals made by minors are not allowed.

4. NOISE AND BEHAVIOR

Parties and loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

According to Municipal Law No. 1.101/2014 of Bertioga, excessive noise is subject to fines.

5. VISITORS AND PARTIES

Visitors not included in the booking are not allowed. Parties are also prohibited.

6. SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited indoors. Please use outdoor areas if needed.

Fine for violation: equivalent to one daily rate.

7. DRUGS

The use, possession, or circulation of illegal drugs is prohibited. Violation may lead to:

- Fine equal to total booking value

- Legal measures

- Early termination of the stay without refund

8. PETS

Small pets are welcome, provided that:

- They stay inside the property

- Use a leash when outside

- Waste is picked up

- They do not disturb neighbors

Note: There are restrictions on pets at beaches across São Paulo state, and Riviera has stricter enforcement.

9. PROPERTY CARE

Guests are responsible for the care of the house, furniture, appliances, and utensils. Damages will be charged after checkout.

10. RULE VIOLATIONS

Violation of the rules may result in:

- Fines

- Damage charges

- Early termination of the rental without refund
