GENERAL CONDOMINIUM RULES

By confirming your reservation at this property, the guest declares that they are aware of and agree with the rules below, committing to fully comply with the condominium’s internal regulations and the guidelines of this policy throughout their stay.

IDENTIFICATION

The use of an identification wristband is mandatory throughout the entire stay.

VISITORS

Visitors who are not previously registered and authorized are not allowed.

GARAGE

Use only the parking space assigned to the apartment, respecting the marked boundaries.

Up to 2 mid-sized vehicles are allowed.

Vehicles parked outside the designated markings may be required to leave.

COMMON AREAS

Smoking is prohibited in common areas, garage, elevators, gardens, sauna, and swimming pools.

Leaving objects (flip-flops, shoes, clothing) in hallways is not allowed.

Hanging clothes or towels on windows or balconies is prohibited.

NOISE AND QUIET HOURS

The use of sound boxes or speakers is prohibited in common areas.

Quiet hours must be observed from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., avoiding noises that may disturb other residents.

SWIMMING POOLS

Hours of use: from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Prohibited: unaccompanied children, use of tanning oil, consumption of food and beverages, glass cups or bottles, floats, boards, or similar items.

SAUNA

Hours: from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Activation must be requested at the front desk at least 1 hour in advance.

Consumption of food and beverages is not permitted.

GYM, GAME ROOM, AND KIDS’ PLAYROOM

Hours: from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

Entry with wet clothing is not allowed.

Consumption of food and beverages is prohibited.

PARTY ROOM AND BARBECUE AREA

Use is not permitted for short-term rental guests.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Nevertheless, the condominium rules are listed below.

Pets may not circulate freely in common areas.

Pet owners are responsible for preventing excessive noise (barking or crying).

For entry and exit, pets must be on a leash and use the service elevator.

Pets are prohibited on the beach, in accordance with municipal law.

PENALTIES

Failure to comply with these rules may result in notification and the application of a fine, which may reach up to five (5) times the condominium fee, as provided in the Internal Regulations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT OUR ACCOMMODATION

HOSPITALITY SERVICES

Our accommodation is located in a residential condominium. Although it offers many amenities, it is not a hotel.

There are no hotel services such as breakfast, room service, or daily cleaning.

SECURITY

There are security measures and access control. Guest identification is required after reservation confirmation, including children.

Full name, ID document, date of birth, and vehicle information must be provided.

MINORS

Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians.

Rentals are not permitted to individuals under 18 years old.

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation (subject to a fine equivalent to one daily rate).

DELIVERIES

Delivery orders must be picked up at the front desk.

ILLICIT SUBSTANCES

The use, possession, or circulation of illicit substances is strictly prohibited.

Violation may result in a fine equivalent to the total value of the reservation, legal action, and possible early termination of the stay.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

The total number of guests must be informed in the reservation, including children of any age.

The reservation price may vary according to the number of guests informed.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT

Exceeding the maximum occupancy limit of the property is not permitted.

Failure to comply may result in:

A 50% fine on the total reservation amount;

Immediate termination of the stay, with no refund of amounts paid.

PROPERTY CARE

The guest is responsible for the conservation of the property, furniture, appliances, and utensils during the stay.

Any damages will be charged at the end of the stay.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH ACCOMMODATION RULES

Failure to comply with the accommodation rules may result in fines, reimbursement for damages, and even early termination of the stay, without refund of amounts paid.

Open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., ideal for fun family moments.

KIDS’ AREA

A dedicated space where children can play safely.

SAUNA

Enjoy some extra relaxation. Open from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.

As with any condominium, this one is equipped with security cameras installed in the common areas. These cameras are the responsibility of the condominium, not the host, and are intended to ensure the safety and peace of mind of everyone.

Some condominium areas may be temporarily unavailable without prior notice due to maintenance or emergency cleaning. These services are managed by the condominium and are beyond our control.

We understand that the unavailability of leisure amenities such as the pool, game room, gym, sauna, or other common areas can be frustrating. However, as these spaces are under the exclusive responsibility of the condominium and beyond our control, we do not accept cancellations or refunds due to the temporary unavailability of any of these areas.
