ACCOMMODATION AND CONDOMINIUM RULES

By confirming your reservation at this property, the guest declares that they are aware of and agree with the rules below, committing to fully respect the condominium's internal rules and the guidelines of this regulation throughout their stay.

LODGING SERVICES

Our property is located in a "Residential" condominium. Although many conveniences are offered, it is not a hotel. There are no hotel services, such as breakfast, room service, or daily cleaning services.

GENERAL SERVICES

The concierge or building staff do not provide services to guests. Whenever you need something, please contact us.

SECURITY

There are security measures and access control. Identification is required for all guests after reservation confirmation, including children. Full name, identification document, date of birth, and vehicle information are needed.

MINORS

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Rentals by persons under 18 are not allowed.

NOISE

Parties or loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During quiet hours, the following are prohibited: loud conversations, high television volume, use of appliances that can cause excessive noise, such as vacuum cleaners and washing machines. (Subject to a fine)

VISITORS

Not permitted.

SMOKING

Smoking inside the property is prohibited (subject to a fine equivalent to one daily rate). If you are a smoker, please use the open areas.

DELIVERIES

All deliveries must be picked up at the main entrance.

ILLICIT SUBSTANCES

The use, possession, or circulation of illicit substances is prohibited. Violation is subject to a fine equal to the total value of the booking, legal action, and possible early termination of the lease.

PETS

We love pets, but unfortunately we cannot accept pets in this accommodation.

If needed, we can suggest other pet-friendly units we offer.

In case this rule is not followed, a fine equal to 50% of the total booking value will be charged.

NUMBER OF GUESTS

It is necessary to inform the total number of guests in the reservation, including children of any age.

The price of the reservation may vary depending on the number of people informed.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT

It is not allowed to exceed the maximum occupancy limit of the property.

Violation of these rules may result in:

- A fine of 50% of the total amount of the reservation;

- Immediate termination of the rental, without refund of amounts paid.

PROPERTY CARE

The guest is responsible for the upkeep of the property, furniture, appliances, and utensils during the stay period. Any damages will be charged at the end of the stay.

VIOLATION OF CONDOMINIUM RULES

Failure to comply with condominium rules may result in a fine, liability for damages, and even early termination of the lease without refund of amounts paid.

We understand that the absence of leisure items such as the pool, game room, gym, sauna, or other common areas can be frustrating. However, since these spaces are the sole responsibility of the condominium and are outside our control, we do not accept cancellations or refunds due to temporary unavailability of any of these areas.
