HOUSE RULES

By confirming your reservation for this property, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the rules below and commits to fully complying with the regulations of the municipality of Bertioga as well as the guidelines of this document throughout the stay.

SAFETY

There are security measures and access control. Identification is required for all guests after the reservation is confirmed, including children: full name, government-issued ID, date of birth, and vehicle information.

MINORS

Guests under 18 must be accompanied by parents or legal guardians. Rentals are not permitted to persons under 18.

NOISE

Parties or loud music are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. During quiet hours, the following are prohibited: loud conversations, high TV volume, and use of appliances that may cause excessive noise, such as vacuum cleaners and washing machines. (Subject to fines)

SMOKING

Smoking is prohibited inside the accommodation (subject to a fine equal to one daily rate). If you smoke, please use outdoor areas.

ILLEGAL DRUGS

The use, possession, or circulation of illegal drugs (controlled substances) is prohibited. Non-compliance is subject to a fine equal to the total rental amount, legal action, and possible early termination of the rental.

PROPERTY CARE

The guest is responsible for the care of the property, furniture, appliances, and utensils during the rental period. Any damages will be charged at the end of the stay.

NON-COMPLIANCE WITH RULES

Failure to comply with the rules may result in fines, reimbursement for damages, and even early termination of the rental without refund of amounts paid.
